It may be that there are places where See You At The Pole is organized like a pep rally, but every occurance of it I've seen or heard about in my neck of the woods was simply students meeting at the flagpole to pray for the students, teachers, etc.  And going back to my question about the one student's uninformed bigotry, do you truly, honestly think that a majority or even a significant majority of those who support things like "See You At The Pole" would defend the boy saying "I don't hold the door for Jews"?
