Would anyone object if I created an rg-translators mailing list? Seems to me like not a bad idea to have a lower-volume list with things that might be of interest to translators, e.g. notifications of updates to translation files, deadlines for getting translations in a particular release etc as well as relevant discussion. On the other hand I don't want to create a list that's so low-volume and with so few subscribers that it's effectively useless.
