When you are able to draw a line of controllers in Thorn how many events will it create? In the old RG it created 8 events per bar I think it was. In oomidi I increased this to add as many events based on the grid designation. So if you selected a grid of 1/64 it would write 64 events per bar. This allowed for a much smoother transition in say volumes. I must say oomidi had the controller lanes in nice shape for editing. The curves will be nice if they get up to speed. Thanks! P.S. In oomidi the events in the controller did not scale to the size of the note. This made it so much easier to edit than stacking notes all on top of each other and having to use hotkeys to toggle the current active one. Take a look at the width of the events: (this applied to velocity widths as well) http://www.openoctave.org/sites/default/files/oomidi_rc1.jpg ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Throughout its 18-year history, RSA Conference consistently attracts the world's best and brightest in the field, creating opportunities for Conference attendees to learn about information security's most important issues through interactions with peers, luminaries and emerging and established companies. http://p.sf.net/sfu/rsaconf-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Rosegarden-devel mailing list [email protected] - use the link below to unsubscribe https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/rosegarden-devel
