All test I've done so far show everything is written out correctly. At least 
the score will be complete and correct (including linked segments), although a 
repeat should be nice.

I wonder this is a good starting point. The MusicXML exporter exports a full 
score and I can't have a repetition in a clarinet part in measure 3 and 4 
while all other parts don't have any repetition at all in the same measures. 
So a repetition should be over all tracks (and therefor segments) at a certain 
time. Like a time signature, which changes all time signatures at the same 
time for all segments.
