People have been complaining about this lately, and I don't have a clue what's
up.

I just created a new fake user account and posted to the main entry page
successfully. I just posted to the next_version page successfully.
Everything worked the way it normally would, except there were no admin
buttons and so forth. I don't see a problem with this.

People have complained about locked pages too, and I just don't see any way to
lock or unlock a page without going to a lot of trouble to create special
rules, and no such rules are in force.

Maybe your domain or IP range is black listed or something on some level
beyond what I can control as a simple admin. I'm not the wiki owner, and
don't have access to anything under its hood. You'll need Chris Cannam for
any further detail on this issue. He pays for and owns all of that.

I did see it, and approve it, and I've been working on a reply since this
morning. I'm feeling good enough to do some catching up today, but looking at
and reacting to your new feature ended up getting pushed back.

I'm afraid it's getting pushed back yet again, since I've used this little
dollop of time to look into the wiki issue instead. I'll be in and out over
the next couple of days though, don't worry.

I am feeling a bit better, thanks.
