I think it really depends what the implications of 'trying out' GC - I've
got no experience using GC in C++ but plenty with languages that do
implement it behind the scenes and of course I love it because I'm
inherently lazy. I assume that potentially mixing and matching GC and
non-GC code would be a bad idea - but the idea of going all GC would surely
be a huge piece of work?
