Indeed. I just went and deleted any obviously bogus accounts. We could probably delete 3/4 of the rest without anybody noticing, honestly. There's not much need to be cautious, since the majority of real people who create accounts never end up editing anything either. If it's not a name I recognize instantly, odds are extremely good they'll never miss the account.
