Ken Starr is what he looks: a weak sister who is being easily managed. Sam Dash absurdly holds a press conference (covered pervasively by the Jewish owned Big TV Networks) pulling the rug out from Starr right after Starr's Congressional Testimony. (See ANOTHER type of press conference mentioned below -- FAR MORE SUBSTANTIVE -- that was 100% squelched by the Big Media.) I'm sure the Jewish lawyers on the absentee Starr's staff WERE leaking info to the press, although they'll never take the fall, but it did make Starr look bad at key moments -- this would never have happened if Clinton was to be toppled. Starr would have won all the way --- Monica, the Mossad-agent-of-influence -- would have been made into a millionaire no matter what happened, she did her disgusting job. . . . Orgarita Booth's daughter (Booth's grand-daughter) wrote a book, "This One Mad Act," published in 1937, which I'm in the middle of reading. Thus far, her book is *very solid*. The book is probably out of print; I got it through the local university's library. It has several family photos, including one of Ogarita Booth wearing a brooch around her neck; brooch is size of silver dollar, containing photo of John Wilkes Booth. This wearing of such a brooch circa 1885 is very daring, considering the hostile climate against JW Booth at the time. It's impossible to convey the strength of the book, "This One Mad Act," in e-mail. The book carefully explains the situation. I plan to write a review in Conspiracy Nation, but even that will be inadequate to the book. Highly recommended book, if you can get hold of it. In 1863, Colonel Lafayette C. Baker (later promoted to Brigadier
General) was in charge of Union counter-intelligence, heading the
National Detective Bureau. In 1866, when President Andrew
Johnson discovered that Baker's Detective Bureau had the White
House under surveillance, Baker was dismissed. Baker feared
(with good reason) for his life, and died under suspicious
circumstances in 1868. (Details are in *Anatomy of an
Assassination* by John Cottrell. New York: Funk Wagnalls,
1966.) An inventory of Baker's possessions showed he owned bound
volumes of "Colburn's U.S. Magazine" for the years 1860 to 1865
-- *with* *one* *exception*: the volume for the first half of
1864 is not listed in the inventory. Read on, for why that is
important.
Documented in Cottrell's book is the following sworn testimony by
one William Carter, who knew Baker and visited him a few days
before his death:
[Baker] did say some things which made me wonder. When I
came into the room he had a stack of books by his bed and
he had one open and was making marks in it. I asked him
what he was doing and he said, "I'm writing my memoirs." I
asked him [again,] to make sure that I had heard him right
and he said it over again. Then I said, "But, General,
them books is already wrote." And he said, "Right, they
are going to have to get up early to get ahead of old Lafe
Baker." And then he laughed. I picked up one of the books
and looked at it, and I saw that he was writing cipher in
it.
Please note that when Ray Neff, a research chemist, came across a
bound volume of "Colburn's U.S. Magazine" at a used bookstore
92-years after Abraham Lincoln's assassination, none of the
information in the preceding paragraphs had yet come to light.
The bound volume of Colburn's magazine which Neff chanced upon
was for the latter half of 1864. Note that, as mentioned,
Baker's inventory shows that he lacked the bound volume for the
first half of 1864.
Months after purchasing the volume, Neff was idly thumbing
through it. He noticed a series of numbers and letters written
in the margin.Mr. Leonard Fousche (a professional
cryptographer) and Neff's wife helped him decipher the messages.
Ray Neff noticed that the bound volume was discolored in several
places. After spreading tannic acid over one of these, it
revealed a signature; Baker had apparently used some sort of
"invisible ink" method to conceal his name, "L.C. Baker." A
handwriting expert later declared the signature to be genuine.
Here is what the de-ciphered messages said:

Judas, a Brutus and a spy. Each planned that he should be
the king when Abraham should die. One trusted not the
other but they went on for that day, waiting for that final
moment when, with pistol in his hand, one of the sons of
Brutus could sneak behind that cursed man and put a bullet
in his brain and lay his clumsey [sic] corpse away. As the
fallen man lay dying, Judas came and paid respects to one
he hated, and when at last he saw him die, he said, "Now
the ages have him and the nation now have I." But, alas,
fate would have it Judas slowly fell from grace, and with
him went Brutus down to their proper place. But lest one
is left to wonder what happened to the spy, I can safely
tell you this, it was I.

It has been known for many years that direct electrical stimulation of particular brain regions can elicit sensory experiences, memory recall, or motor responses. However, unlike scenes from many (oftentimes bad) science fiction movies, it has always been unclear whether or not brain cell activity could be used to control external machines. Dr. Phillip R. Kennedy, a researcher who has worked with researchers at Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University, developed an implant that can be used to detect that activity of neurons, and convey these signals to computers for further processing and control operations. The small recording sensor is enclosed in a glass envelope and coated with nerve growth factors that allow neurons in the region of the implant to establish functional connections with the sensor. Normally, when recording electrodes are implanted in brain tissue the region surrounding the electrode is enveloped by glial cells (Module 1; Principles of Psychobiology) that attempt to encapsulate the "foreign" material. This electrically isolates the recording electrodes from small amplitude potentials that are conveyed by individual axons, dendrites or gap junctions (Modules 1-5; Principles of Psychobiology). The key development is the application of nerve growth factors that apparently encourages the growth of functional connections to the recording electrode -- This formation of intact connections could be followed after implantation by a change in the pattern of electrical activity detected by the electrode. Surgeries on two patients were performed by Dr. Roy Bakay from Emory, who presented the findings at the Congress of Neurological Surgeons annual meeting in Seattle. The electrodes were implanted in the motor cortex, near the arm/facial region (Module 7c; Principles of Psychobiology), and signals were routed to a computer that moved a cursor across a screen to an icon region. Both patients were paralyzed and unable to move their limbs or speak. The first patient, who had the implant for 2.5 months before dying from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, learned to control the signals in an "on-off manner" for seven days. The second patient (J.R.), who suffered brain stem stroke after a heart attack, has had the implant for 6 months. Initially, this patient had a problem stopping his brain's electrical activity, but researchers programmed a pause into the system so that whenever the cursor landed on an icon, it stopped. Eventually, the patient was able to stop the cursor at an icon and click it to say a word or a phrase. "This will hopefully open up a whole new world for J.R.," Bakay said. (Reuters) The Justice Department has initiated a criminal probe of the CIA to determine whether the agency obstructed justice when it provided information to Hughes Electronics Corp. about the scope of an ongoing congressional investigation into the transfer of sensitive U.S. space technology to China, according to senior federal government officials. High-ranking CIA officials, including the agency's general counsel, have agreed to testify next week before a federal grand jury in Washington about information provided earlier this year to Hughes, which has supplied the CIA with satellites and sophisticated communications equipment for decades. Government sources say the CIA provided information to Hughes about the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence's technology transfer investigation that might have enabled the firm to anticipate the moves of congressional investigators. The Justice Department initiated the obstruction probe at the request of the Senate committee, sources said. The committee became alarmed after learning that the CIA had informed Hughes of names of company officials that the agency had previously supplied to the committee to assist in its investigation, sources said. A CIA spokesman said the agency is fully cooperating in the obstruction probe. Another CIA official, speaking on background, acknowledged that the agency may have erred in providing certain information to Hughes. But the information was turned over in the normal course of business between the agency and one of its major classified contractors with no intention of interfering with the investigation, the official said. The CIA official also stressed that agency employees who provided information to Hughes did so in their official capacities with approval of their superiors, not as individuals acting on their own. The official said that some of what the CIA gave Hughes pertained to the investigations precisely because there was no intent to hide anything, and that agency officials informed the committee of their communications with Hughes. Hughes spokesman Richard Dore said, "Hughes has not been provided information by the CIA regarding the details of federal criminal investigations involving Hughes." Much of the information provided by the CIA to Hughes is contained in CIA documents subpoenaed by the Senate and by federal investigators conducting a parallel probe into the transfer of U.S. technology to China, sources said. Hughes and Loral Space Communications Ltd. are under investigation by the Justice Department and two congressional committees for their role in transferring technology to the Chinese after Hughes and Loral satellites were destroyed in two Chinese rocket explosions. Government sources said it is highly unusual for the Justice Department to investigate a fellow federal agency -- particularly one as sensitive and secretive as the CIA -- for possible obstruction of justice. Sources said the matter began this fall when a CIA analyst specializing in Chinese technology, Ronald Pandolfi, was called to the Senate committee and told staff members that he had concluded in 1995 that Hughes had been too aggressive in marketing high-technology equipment in China. At the time, according to an account from several sources, Pandolfi conducted interviews with Hughes executives about their work in China, causing Hughes to complain angrily to the CIA that he was operating outside of customary channels. The CIA office that regularly deals with Hughes reprimanded Pandolfi, who, after being summoned by the committee, in September laid out a set of accusations against the firm, sources said. She (Lewinsky) was the one that was always calling my mom, telling her what she had to do, what she should do. It's the complete 180 (degree turn) from what I have read from excerpts and from the interview,'' he said. The former White House intern, whose affair with the president nearly led to his removal from office, gave her first television interview over the scandal to the prime-time news program ``20/20.'' On Thursday, the book ``Monica's Story, written by British author Andrew Morton, went on sale. Patrick III, said he was trying to show how a hostile state could smuggle powdered anthrax into the United States in a secure diplomatic pouch and attack major federal government installations almost at will. "I've been through all the major airports, and the security systems of the State Department, the Pentagon, even the CIA, and nobody has stopped me," Patrick told the committee. "Seven and a half grams would take care of the Rayburn Building and all the people in it." Patrick's testimony on biological warfare and its most frightening mutant, bioterrorism, was given during one of the intelligence panel's rare open sessions as Congress and the administration focus increasing attention and vast new resources on counterterrorism. Committee Chairman Porter J. Goss (R-Fla.) said he called the unusual open session to help educate the public on what he called "a national security concern of the highest priority." President Clinton has made defending the country against biological and chemical attacks among the highest priorities of his administration. In January, he proposed a $10 billion counterterrorism budget for the coming fiscal year that includes $1.4 billion for enhancing domestic readiness in the event of a chemical or biological terrorist attack. In his testimony, Patrick revealed that he toted a number of other chilling samples through Rayburn security "like Sherman went through Georgia," including a small canister of 25,000 dormant mosquito eggs that he said could easily have been infected with encephalitis and loosed on the population at large. John A. Lauder, director of the CIA's Nonproliferation Center, told the committee that a dozen countries, including Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea and Syria, "now either possess or are actively pursuing offensive biological weapons capabilities for use against their perceived enemies, whether internal or external." Countries with biological weapons technology include the United States and some of its closest allies but also, as Lauder pointed out, hostile powers such as Iran, Iraq, Libya and North Korea. Weaponizing biological agents is much more difficult for small rogue states and terrorists "than some popular literature seems to suggest," Lauder said. But biological weapons remain a highly dangerous threat because they are cheap and relatively easy to make, he said, and could become far more threatening with rapid advances in biotechnology. The Washington Post, March 4, 1999 Money Laundering Britain Cracks Down on the Colonies Time to throw the regulations into the harbor? Some of the UK's last colonial outposts will later this month be instructed to take fresh action to combat money laundering. The government will also ask some of the 13 territories, which represent the last remnants of the former British empire, to implement human rights legislation. A UK government policy paper on the territories will make clear the UK retains the option of imposing legislation to improve human rights and the regulation of offshore financial services. However, Robin Cook, foreign secretary, is hoping the territories will implement the measures voluntarily through their assemblies. The Caribbean territories, led by the Cayman islands and the British Virgin islands, have a significant financial services sector that in the past was blighted by money laundering. Steps have been taken to remedy the problem. The Cayman islands, which has no direct taxation, last year removed a fiscal exemption clause from its anti-money laundering legislation. A UK government official said more legislation was needed in the territories to combat money laundering, regulate companies and secure co-operation with international financial services investigators. "Investors are more likely to put their money in jurisdictions which are clean, and are seen to be clean," the official said. "Many of the overseas territories have been pursuing this agenda already. But the financial services industry is not static." Bermuda has yet to implement measures that will create tax offences as part of its anti-money laundering legislation. The Turks and Caicos islands have not completed legislation to regulate the formation of companies, and the British Virgin islands are behind with the auditing of government accounts. -Caveat Lector- SOIL ASSOCIATION PRESS RELEASE EMBARGOED UNTIL: 0001hrs Tuesday 2 March 1999 Government advice on genetic contamination challenged by new independent report Evidence that pollen from genetically modified crops can cause contamination over considerable distances has emerged in a new report. The Dispersal of Maize Pollen by Dr Jean Emberlin, Director of the National Pollen Research Unit (1), was commissioned by the Soil Association to establish hard scientific data on the risks posed to the integrity of organically grown maize and sweetcorn from cross-pollination by genetically modified crops. Last summer Environment Minister, Michael Meacher, refused to order the destruction of a crop of genetically modified (GM) maize bordering a Soil Association registered organic farm in Devon and claimed that there were no grounds for halting the field trials as it will not interfere with the sweetcorn crop being grown on a nearby farm(2). The Soil Association regrettably had to inform the farmer that the organic status of his sweetcorn would have to be removed if there was any evidence of contamination from the GM maize(3,4). The Advisory Committee on Releases to the Environment (ACRE), the Governments statutory advisors on the release of genetically engineered crops into the environment, stated that at a standard separation distance of 200 metres between the organic sweetcorn and the GM maize the likely cross-pollination frequency would result in no greater than 1 sweetcorn kernel in every 40,000 being a GM hybrid(5). However, Dr Jean Emberlin, having looked at all the research available, concluded that in conditions of moderate wind speeds the rates of cross-pollination at 200 metres would be in the order of 1 kernel in 93. Evidence is cited in Dr Emberlins report that maize pollen is collected by bees in notable amounts. In this way the pollen is transported several miles from the crop plot in suitable weather conditions. In the case of the organic farmer in Devon, ACRE failed even to consider cross-pollination of the organic sweetcorn by bees, even though there are several hives adjacent to the test plot. ACRE also brushed aside concerns about freak weather conditions by saying that this was generally taken into account with seed certification standards and there was at least 200 metres from the nearest GM maize to the organic farm(6). However the report states that: Substantial evidence exists for long range transport of considerable numbers of pollen grains .Maize pollen remains viable under normal conditions for approximately 24 hours giving potential for pollination by grains that had travelled many hundreds of kilometres on the airflow .Overall it is clear that the maize pollen spreads far beyond the 200 metres cited in several reports as being an acceptable separation distance to prevent cross-pollination. This new report undermines confidence in the advice given to the Government by ACRE who have so far given permission to trial GE crops at over 500 sites around the country. At least 8 members of ACRE have direct links with biotech research, and 6 members are involved with companies that have been given permission by ACRE to conduct these trials. The Soil Association believes that the apparent failure of ACRE to give impartial advice on the likelihood of cross-pollination threatens to remove choice from those who want to avoid GM contamination. Agriculture Minister, Nick Brown, has recently stated that The Government is absolutely committed to making sure that those who do not want to eat crops that have been cross-contaminated (with GMO ingredients), or to have their crops cross-contaminated (with GMO pollen), have their rights in this protected as well(7). Food Safety Minster, Jeff Rooker, has also repeated this promise, The Government is about in April to double the aid to persuade farmers to convert to organic production. Were not going to allow that public money to be put at risk by a cross-contamination of GM crops when they are grown.(8) The Soil Association is calling on the Government to honour these pledges and provide a response to this report with the utmost urgency in order to avoid potential cross-pollination from GE trial plots due to be planted in 1999. The Soil Association believes that it is not good enough for the biotech industry to be allowed to introduce these crops under a voluntary code of practice that fails to take cross-pollination of organic crops into account(9). Patrick Holden, Soil Association Director, said, The only way that the Government can fulfil its promise to protect organic farmers (and indeed conventional farmers) who wish to provide a GM-free choice for consumers is through a ban on the growing of genetically engineered maize. Chlorine chemistry is clearly the premier example of humans adopting a new technology without thinking about the consequences. BREAST CANCER A recent study in Denmark reveals a relationship between breast cancer and the chlorinated pesticide dieldrin.[1] The prospective study examined blood taken in 1976 from 7712 women enrolled in the Copenhagen City Heart Study. In the following 17 years, 268 of the women developed breast cancer. The blood samples drawn in 1976 were analyzed in 1993 for 46 chlorinated chemicals, including 28 individual PCBs [polychlorinated biphenyls], and 18 other chlorinated compounds such as DDT, mirex, aldrin, dieldrin and others.[2] Of the compounds studied, only dieldrin was significantly elevated in the blood of women who developed breast cancer. Beta-hexachlorocyclohexane (beta-HCH) was also elevated in women with breast cancer, compared to those without breast cancer, but the finding was not statistically significant. In Denmark, about 14% of all women (one in seven) develop breast cancer, and the incidence of the disease has more than doubled in the past 30 years. Most of the identified "risk factors" for breast cancer indicate that estrogen (female sex hormone) in a woman's blood plays an important role in the disease. The major known "risk factors" for breast cancer are early menarche (early age when the period begins), late menopause, not having any children, late conception of the first child, and hormone-replacement treatment after menopause. All of these factors tend to increase a woman's lifetime exposure to estrogens circulating in the blood. The Copenhagen study found that the risk of breast cancer was twice as high in women with the highest concentrations of dieldrin in their blood serum, compared to women with the lowest concentrations. Furthermore, a significant dose-response relationship was evident -- the more dieldrin in the blood, the greater the chance that breast cancer would develop. Some previous studies have implicated certain organochlorines in breast cancer, while other studies have shown no such relationship. (See REHW #571, #572, #573, #574, #575.) The authors of the Copenhagen study say theirs is the first to properly compare blood levels of organochlorine compounds because they adjusted completely for varying levels of serum in the blood of each individual. They conclude that, "These findings support the hypothesis that exposure to xeno-oestrogens may increase the risk of breast cancer." Xeno-oestrogens are industrial chemicals (such as pesticides) that can mimic estrogen in the human body. The use of dieldrin in Denmark and in the U.S. was banned about 20 years ago but, in the industrialized world, nearly everyone's body still contains small amounts of stored dieldrin, along with several hundred other industrial poisons, many of them chlorinated. DIOXIN For several years, U.S. and European health authorities have been hinting that the general public is being exposed to levels of dioxin that are probably causing harm in sensitive people. (See REHW #390, #391, #636.) Now the federal Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) has confirmed the bad news. The term "dioxin" encompasses a family of 219 different toxic chlorinated chemicals, all with similar characteristics but different potencies. Because some dioxins are more toxic than others, scientists have established a way of comparing the toxicities and the quantities of various mixtures of dioxins. -Caveat Lector- I'm on the East Coast - North Carolina. On Saturday (2/27/99) I saw strange contrails over Randolph County, a rural farming county. Being male, I've observed contrails all of my life and have lived within 150 miles of military installations all of that time. Ordinary contrails are usually singles or perhaps 2 to 3 in PARALLEL. What I saw on Saturday were INTERSECTING. One formation could be described as a Pi symbol with an enlongated top line, or maybe more accurately, the bottom third of a tic-tac-toe field. To the left was a large, perfect X sitting on the horizon. To the right was another smaller and less perfect X. There were short, straight, horizontal contrails randomly all around these figures. I didn't see any aircraft; certainly there weren't 30 of them. What I can testify to is that I have NEVER in my life seen contrails like this. It was also my perception that the contrails were spreading in a more billowly fashion that normal and seemed to be holding together rather than disapating into sparce whisps like others that I have been familiar with. Don't know what to make of this but I do know that what I saw was, IMHO, highly unusual. BTW, had I had a camera on hand I would have photographed them, but wasn't that fortunate. -Caveat Lector- As I write this, the skies over Fayetteville, Ft.Bragg, Pope AFB, NC are covered with crisscross contrails and there are several jets at high altitude flying in straight lines going back and forth leaving trails. This morning they were plastering the skies over Sampson, Jones, Cumberland, Hoke, Moore, Bladen and Robeson county. The skies were clear this morning and now the skies are hazy with spread out contrails, yet you can still make out the checkerboard type pattern. Over the last two weeks, the same thing has happened over south-eastern North Carolina and ALL of South Carolina. These jets have been over N. and S. Carolina everyday for 3 weeks producing crisscross contrail clouds except wed. and Thurs. of this week because of high winds and thunder storms. If you live in eastern N.Carolina, look to the skies right now(Fri. 5th, 1425hrs) and you will see the jets and contrails. My scenario has Clinton hand picked, as an ambitious "outsider" (read: non- elite), and who had a "hook" (sexual proclivity and depravity as well as weak mindedness and greed IMO), to spearhead the next phase of a European Union dominated New World Order, with China as Bogey man (which may have been assisted throughout the years especially since Nixon in becoming stronger so as to represent a threat to the USA when the USSR fell, which was probably known about if not planned for quite some time before it occurred [though that may also be a ruse sheesh], by the elites like Bush who had the most to gain and the most to give. Most of that would have been back door dealings). Clinton attempts to double cross his masters and is trapped in a scenario partly of his own making and partly orchestrated. His double-cross is an appeasement toward China and the sale of "too advanced" technology to China that is outside the control of (and with no profit to) the elites who have their own high level back door programs in place, well organized and constructed. He may even have had the best interests of the nation, as he saw it, at heart. He is called to task for it, but has slipped the noose time and again. BTW I still can't stand him even if my scenario is true, I still feel he is a poor leader and a greedy wannabe who should not be in office. Now the pressure is off so that GB Jr. can step up and take over the reins in 2000. This story has potential which is why it will be swept under the rug. She is the daughter of Ogarita Booth, an off-off Broadway touring actress who had as her father the great actor, John Wilkes Booth. Ogarita Booth traveled under names such as Ogarita Mills and Ogarita D'Arcy. (Before the days of cable TV and motion pictures, there were more jobs available for actors and actresses.) Her photograph is included in her daughter's book, and this editor has fallen in love with Ogarita Booth. Ogarita Booth was brave; in the photo, circa 1885, she wears a brooch containing a photo of John Wilkes Booth, her father. (The climate of public opinion was not favorable to her father at the time.) Unfortunately, Ogarita died of pneumonia not long after her mother, Izola Martha, died of a broken heart. Izola Martha pined for her disappeared (but not dead) husband, John Wilkes Booth. She faded away in a lonely mansion, in wind-swept Connecticut. But in 1859, Izola Martha was a teen beauty, swept off her feet by the cavalier, 20-year-old swashbuckler, John Wilkes Booth. They eloped and were married by a preacher, awakened in the wee hours to perform the ceremony. The couple then dashed off in their carriage to honeymoon romance, in Edwin Booth's deserted seaside dwelling. Her passionate, wildly talented husband belonged to a secret society, the Knights of the Golden Circle. -Caveat Lector- Anyone remember the television show which was on a few years ago, with Robert Urich, called 'The Lazarus Man'? Urich played a man who was shot and buried, but was not dead and dug himself out of his grave (hence the title), albeit with amnesia due to his injuries (severe beating along with being shot)... He slowly starts remembering bits and pieces of his former life, in which he was a Union soldier working for an elite group, sort of a FBI/CIA, and that he found out that there was a plot to assassinate Lincoln that involved some very influential people, who were the ones who'd 'killed' him...many of the things shown on the show in regards to Lincoln sounds very much like what is described in this document. It was a very well-done show...with a possible 'conspiracy' of it's own surrounding it: it was produced by Urich himself, who was adamantly and passionately devoted to it, down to subtle details such as making sure the buttons on coats were authentic (might be interesting to find out Urich's personal interest in the subject, because he seemed to be so devoted to the show, more so than viewing it as 'just a show')... It was broadcast on TNT, Ted Turner's network...and after giving lip- service to being totally behind the show, once it got a fair following it suddenly was constantly being preempted, resulting in decreased ratings; this show had as devout and passionate a viewer following as the original Star Trek, and they mounted as organized campaign as the original Trekkers mounted to save the original show from being cancelled...but to no avail. Now, this all could be passed off as just 'the breaks' one experiences in show business, except that Turner, who'd started out claiming he'd support the show no matter what, no longer seemed to care, and indeed stopped every attempt to keep the show going... To the point of taking total control of the show away from Urich, who had decided that he'd retain control, and market the show elsewhere...a strange move for a media mogul, who suddenly withdrew support from what he claimed was a 'dead' show, to immediately turn around and institute legal proceedings taking the show away from Urich... At the time, Urich stated he would develop a different, but 'similar' show (e.g. a historical drama involving a conspiracy), to market to other networks...but then he was diagnosed with brain cancer, undergoing extensive therapy, and now that he has recovered he only seems interested in playing the captain on the New Love Boat :-7 Shame June *===* The world is coming to an end. I woke up this morning to find Channel 5 in Boston reporting another overnight visitation, this time in Lowell Massachusetts by two dozen Blackhawk helicopters. Out of the choppers came Navy Seals in full battle gear, and multiple explosions were heard near some old factory or mill buildings. Once again local officials were given prior notice, but the townspeople were not. The report also featured some video, possibly amateur, of one of the helos, which are based in Kentucky. Terrified residents awoke to what sounded like an evacuation or a battle, and upon calling the police, were told it was a military excercise, and not to be alarmed. One Army official was interviewed, and said that no advance warning is given to the populace, to prevent curious onlookers from getting too near the site and possibly being injured. Now for some personal observations on this situation. I am outraged! This kind of activity is inexcusable. Since when is it acceptable for our own military to terrify sleeping american citizens? I am aware of the other similar reports filtering in from around the country, and I am having a difficult time believing that the purpose of these manuevers is a benevolent one. There are facilities available for training these guys for urban activities. There can only be one reason for engaging in this terrorist activity: To guage the reactions of civilians being introduced to martial law. It's time to contact congress. It is believed that they shut down the procurement part of the operation in 1916 and liquidated their investments in stocks and commercial operations of many kinds, converting them into mostly gold bullion and coin. They then concealed this vast wealth in over 3000 caches throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. I know this to be true -- I have personally held gold from some of these caches in my hand though I was not the one who recovered it. I have seen the special carved markings they used (which included the famous templar sword, by the way) to designate the way to some of these caches. The larger ones are all very professionally booby-trapped and several unsuspecting treasure hunters have been killed in recent years attempting to excavate them. Of these many caches there were 8 scattered around the U.S. that were designated as "super-depositories". Each one contained approximately 70,000 40 and 60 lb. gold bars. I know that one hidden in New Mexico under a mountain on a government reservation has been excavated and removed by the army after its finder -- a civilian, was murdered in cold blood by a man believed to be in the employ of some government agency. The tragic tale of John Wilkes Booth has intrigued me ever since. From my father's side of the family, I developed a great love for Abraham Lincoln with his homespun wisdom and compassion. According to Burke McCarty's book 'THE SUPPRESSED TRUTH ABOUT THE ASSASSINATION OF ABRAHAM LINCOLN', several U.S. presidents who had come out in opposition against Jesuit-Masonry had been targeted by the Illuminati for assassination. McCarty states: (1) President William Henry Harrison. In 1841, General Wm. Henry Harrison of Ohio, was elected President by a large majority. The loyalty of the Union (toward) General Harrison was above question, and it was (the aim) of the power of Leopoldines, a great Jesuit Spy System, to defeat him. "In his inaugural address... President Harrison... said: 'We admit of no government by divine right, believing that so far as power is concerned, the beneficent Creator has made no distinction among men; that all are upon an equality, and that the only legitimate right to govern, is upon the express grant of power from the governed.' "With these unmistakable words, President Harrison made his position clear; he hurled defiance to the 'divine right' enemies of our Popular Government. Aye, he did more -- for those words signed his death warrant. Just one month and five days from that day, President Harrison lay a corpse in the White House. He died from arsenic poisoning, administered by the tools of Rome. The Jesuit oath had been swiftly carried out." Note: For a copy of the Jesuit Oath, refer to pp. 99-102 of William Cooper's book 'BEHOLD A PALE HORSE', c/o Light Technology Publishing, P.O. Box 1495, Sedona, AZ 86336. The oath appears in chapter 3 -- 'Oath of Initiation of an Unidentified Secret Order'. Although Cooper 'suspects' the oath might have originated from the Jesuits or the Knights of Malta, he is uncertain. However, Dennis Passero and other researchers have published exact duplicates of the oath which appears in Cooper's book, and state that it IS the Jesuit oath, thus confirming Cooper's suspicions. It basically states that the Jesuit is through all means moral or immoral -- the immoral acts can supposedly be 'forgiven' if they are done in the name of the Roman 'church' -- to devote their life to bringing about the destruction of the Protestant movement, and to bringing all nations under the control of ROME for the glory of the 'Queen of Heaven', no doubt the same pagan goddess worshipped by the ancient Babylonians -- none other than the ancient Queen Semaramis to whom we can credit the post-deluvian resurgence of witchcraft.
