Yeah, I mentioned this in one of the online-services threads. Currently
I'm showing a button in the toolbar that calls artistinfo/albuminfo.
However, as I don;t use any music subscription service I'm not sure how
well this works.

I started a new thread to discuss this topic:

That would be the same thing as using the context menu in iPeng, an
Option you always have for playable stuff and library items.

No guarantee if this will work in your case, but I would save

- the cache folder
- the prefs folder
- and the playlist folder (that's where Custom Browse and Multi
Library store some settings unless you changed that)

and then copy it to its new location. That's what I would do. If you
want to try that, good luck.

Is there a quick way to duplicate the settings for the all the plugins

Well, Squeezelite-X runs squeezelite-win version 1.9.6-1205.
Squeezelite-X has zero impact on squeezelite's sound quality because it
just executes it exactly the same way you would from the command line.
Squeezelite-X just hides the command window. So if you are hearing
differences, it could be due to different versions of squeezelite or
option settings. Also, I have noticed that in some circumstances I have
noticed degraded quality when using WASAPI output devices, so the
selected output device makes a difference as well.

Let's discuss this somewhere else also with the author of the Material
Skin which seems to use similar lookups as iPeng.
I think I would support the notion that a straight API beyond the menu
system would make a lot of sense.
That said... I was already considering to use the menus for Artists in
my iPeng redesign because for Artists the changes are relatively small
and I can get most of what I need, then I would only have to provide
custom menus for albums, tracks and playlists but right now that would
probably mean a lot of work and it would probably mean I have to drop
artist image support for LMS 7.7.x or use a different menu in 7.x and
8... I'll see.

For now I'd like to get this menu working for Spotify as well. Did you
change the integration? I see Spotty has an "Merge Libraries" option
which is enabled for me and it doesn't show in the "Online Music
Library" plugin settings

It should be available for TIDAL, Spotify, Qobuz. That said, it was

Thinking about it: this is really confusing. The Browse On Menü for
Spotify is in the context menu. For TIDAL it‘s in the artist‘s menu, the
latter only works through the menu, not if you use the CLI, I think this
needs a bit of thought in LMS 8 first
