Kita pun tidak perlu menunggu sebuah rapat besar atau menulis sebuah teori yang canggih untuk merangkum apa yang kita baru peroleh dan serap. Mindset kitalah yang perlu berkembang secara dinamis. Pada zaman yang serba terbuka dan bebas ini, bukan lagi saatnya bagi kita menjual perangkat keras, karena setiap orang bisa menjual benda yang sama. Sebaiknya, daya pikir, layanan , sikap profesional, solusi, dan ide-ide inovatif justru yang akan di’beli’ dari kita. *Gizi buat otak* Sebuah organisasi atau tim tidak boleh tinggal diam untuk merangsang setiap anggota secara individu agar mengasah daya pikirnya. Para pakar dari kalangan muslim maupun non muslim melihat seuntai senyuman sangat besar pengaruhnya. Dale Carnegie dalam bukunya yang terkenal, “Bagaimana Anda Mendapatkan Teman dan Mempengaruhi Manusia” menceritakan: “Wajah merupakan cermin yang tepat bagi perasaan hati seseorang. Wajah yang ceria, penuh senyuman alami, senyum tulus adalah sebaik-baik sarana memperoleh teman dan kerja sama dengan pihak lain. Senyum lebih berharga dibanding sebuah pemberian yang dihadiahkan seorang pria. Dan lebih menarik dari lipstik dan bedak yang menempel di wajah seorang wanita. Dan kita tidak pernah merasa rugi sedikit pun! Bahkan kita akan rugi, rugi dunia dan agama, ketika kita menahan senyuman, menahan sedekah ini, dengan selalu bermuka masam dan cemberut dalam kehidupan. Pengalaman membuktikan bahwa dampak positif dan efektif dari senyuman, yaitu senyuman menjadi pendahuluan ketika hendak meluruskan orang yang keliru, dan menjadi muqaddimah ketika mengingkari yang munkar. Bila situasi terlalu kompleks, tidak ada rumusnya, tidak bisa diselesaikan dengan panduan SOP (Standard of Procedures), sebetulnya masih ada kode etik yang kita bacakan saat wisuda atau dilantik dulu. Kalau kode etik tidak menggariskan apa-apa, masih ada hati nurani yang bisa membimbing pilihan kita. Dalam film Cinderella Man, yang diangkat dari kisah nyata kehidupan juara dunia tinju kelas berat James Braddock, terdapat sebuah adegan yang sungguh mengharukan, yaitu saat seorang anaknya mencuri daging untuk keluarganya yang kelaparan. Pemilik toko sebetulnya tidak menyadari dagingnya dicuri. Apa yang dilakukan Braddock sebagai ayah? Ia membawa anaknya untuk mengembalikan daging tersebut, meminta anaknya mengakui kesalahannya, namun tidak menghukum si anak dan tetap menunjukkan rasa cintanya yang besar pada anaknya. Dengan tegas ia berkata, “Sesulit apapun situasi kita, kita tidak mencuri.” Standar yang jelas seperti inilah yang juga perlu dinyatakan oleh para pemimpin dalam organisasi, untuk memandu sikap dari anggota timnya. Kita akan melihat betapa tingkat professionalitas dan kehebatan seseorang sebagai pemimpin justru dinilai dari keberaniannya mengambil sikap dalam situasi dilematis. Mengapa? Karena dalam dilemma inilah individu menggunakan pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pertimbangan-pertimbangan moralnya dalam mencari data dan membuat keputusan. Harga profesional dan kepemimpinan kita justru terletak pada seberapa kuat kita membuat pilihan-pilihan berat dengan penuh kesadaran akan konsekuensinya. Kita perlu menunjukkan prinsip kita, dan tahu yang mana yang berarti untuk diperjuangkan. Memilih sikap untuk berpihak pada kebenaran, misalnya melaporkan anggota tim yang melakukan kesalahan, bukanlah bentuk pengingkaran pada cinta, malah sebaliknya meneguhkan cinta kita pada profesi, pada kebenaran. Untuk memahami mereka kita perlu melihat mereka sebagai customer kita sehingga kita berusaha untuk menggali kebutuhan mereka dan menempatkan mereka sebagai prioritas utama organisasi. Riset menunjukkan lebih dari 70% para Gen Y ini ingin menjadi seorang *enterpreneur *dan memiliki perusahaan mereka sendiri. Mereka melihat kekuatan dari perkembangan teknologi internet yang demikian cepat dan bahwa tidak selamanya organisasi yang besar memberikan jaminan stabilitas ekonomi. Jadi, bilamana kita ingin memotivasi para Gen Y ini, kita perlu memberikan mereka kesempatan untuk membangun, berinovasi dan mencipta. Selain itu, Gen Y percaya dengan adanya keterbukaan dan transparansi di setiap titik. Kita lihat betapa kuatnya pergerakan anak-anak muda ini dengan *crowdsourcing*-nya memanfaatkan open data KPU ketika mereka mengawal penghitungan suara dalam pemilu kemarin. Belajar dari para milenial alias gen Y ini, kita perlu sadar betapa uniknya mahluk tertinggi ciptaan Allah ini. Salah salah memang seorang pemimpin tidak bisa mengendalikan manusia, yang merupakan satu satunya produk organisasi yang tak lekang dimakan jaman. Kita tidak bisa lagi “mempertahankan” manusia, kita hanya bisa “menarik” mereka. Kita tidak lagi bisa “meng-*engage*” mereka, namun kita bisa “menginspirasi dan mendukung” mereka. Assalamu'alaikum WrWb. Menjelang PILEG (Pemilihilan Calon Legeslatif), artikel dibawah ini cocok dibaca oleh saudara2 kita. Semoga bermanfaat. - *Uang Politik* Ada pelajaran penting dari Rasulullah SAW terkait pemilihan umum. Dalam hadis sahih, beliau bersabda, * ada tiga orang yang tidak akan diajak bicara oleh Allah SWT pada hari kiamat, tidak dirahmati, tidak diampuni dosanya, dan bagi mereka siksa yang sangat pedih.* *Pertama,* orang berkelebihan air, namun tak mau memberikannya kepada musafir yang memerlukan atau makhluk lainnya. *Kedua,* orang yang menjual barang dagangan sesudah Ashar dengan bersumpah menyebut nama Allah SWT agar pembeli tertarik, tetapi barang tersebut tidak sesuai dengan yang ia tawarkan. *Ketiga,* *orang yang membaiat pemimpin dan ia tidak membaiatnya, kecuali mendapat imbalan harta. Apabila ia diberi harta itu, ia memenuhi baiatnya dan apabila ia tidak diberi harta, ia tidak membaiatnya.* (HR Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal dalam kitabnya, *al-Musnad,* Imam al-Bukhari dan Imam Muslim dalam kitab *Shahih* mereka). Pelajaran dari hadis ini yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan umum (pemilu) adalah poin ketiga, yaitu orang yang membaiat seorang pemimpin. Dalam konteks Indonesia masa kini, membaiat pemimpin adalah dengan cara memilih atau memberikan suara dalam pemilu. Seperti disebutkan dalam hadis tersebut, seorang yang memilih pemimpin, tetapi ia tidak memilihnya, kecuali apabila mendapatkan uang atau yang lazim disebut uang politik (*political money*), pada hari kiamat nanti ia diancam dengan berbagai hukuman berat. *Pertama,* ia tidak disapa oleh Allah. *Kedua*, ia tidak diberi rahmat oleh Allah. *Ketiga*, ia tidak diampuni dosanya oleh Allah. *Keempat*, ia akan mendapatkan siksa yang sangat memedihkan. Imam al-Kahlani dalam kitabnya, *Dalil al-Falihin*, yang merupakan kitab syarah atas kitab *Riyadh al-Shalihin* karya Imam al-Nawawi menyatakan, apabila sebuah perbuatan diancam dengan hukuman, perbuatan itu termasuk yang menimbulkan dosa besar. Karena itu, menerima uang dalam rangka memilih seorang pemimpin adalah perbuatan dosa besar yang dalam hadis itu dinyatakan tidak akan diampuni. Berdasarkan kaidah hukum Islam, sesuatu yang haram diambil, haram juga diberikan. *Maka, calon pemimpin (wakil rakyat) haram hukumnya memberikan uang kepada calon pemilih agar ia memilihnya. Sebaliknya, rakyat alias calon pemilih juga haram menerima imbalan (uang politik) dalam rangka memilih calon pemimpin itu.* Keharaman ini tidak main-main karena diancam dengan beberapa hukuman sangat berat. Maka, perbuatan yang berkaitan dengan uang politik itu, baik yang memberi maupun menerima, akan menerima konsekuensi berupa dosa besar yang tidak akan diampuni. Ada seorang bertanya, ia tidak menerima uang apa pun dalam rangka memilih seorang pemimpin. Hanya, ia diberangkatkan untuk menjalankan ibadah umrah ke Makkah. Begitu pula ada orang tidak menerima uang, tetapi menerima hadiah sepeda motor untuk memilih seorang pemimpin dan atau wakil rakyat. Apakah perbuatan seperti itu termasuk yang diharamkan berdasarkan hadis tersebut? Jawabannya adalah benar! Diberangkatkan untuk umrah atau mendapatkan benda selain uang sama saja hukumnya dengan mendapatkan uang. Karena benda-benda itu dapat dinilai atau diuangkan. Istilah sudah telanjur masyhur, itu disebut uang politik. Hakikatnya, semua pemberian yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan seorang pemimpin atau wakil rakyat termasuk dosa besar yang tidak akan diampuni.
