Well, my game appears to work okay under 1.6. But I do have a bug that
I would like to fix before it goes into round 2, assuming it does. I'd
not like to see someone get a chance to slip in bug fixes with a 1.6
fix when I don't have the opportunity to fix my bug.

I would be extremely happy to have the chance to submit an updated
app, but I agree that it is most fair overall to stick to the original
rules -- no updates.
Seems like Google screwed up quite a bit on this -- either that or it
was a conscious choice to focus on moving forward to 1.6 in
