for my ignorance, but if I'm trying to identify genes in my query comparing
with a subject, what score will be the best then for use?

I`ve been trying to use Artemis on my mac and after installing Java 11 or
Java 9 but it says "Artemis can't be opened". I don't know why?
I did also tried an installation directly from Oracle v.11 but still the
same sign.
I am using MacOs 10.15 catalina.
Any help would be appreciated
