Yes, that was why mythtv obsoleted libmyth. Just remove libmyth/mythtv
with rpm -e --nodeps and have a full yum update.

which strictly only has the libfaad binaries (plus documentation)
while libmp4ff is supported elsewhere (reportedly in extras?) but I
