New clue: I don't get the BEAD Summary importer plugin on a plugins list
when I choose Experiment in the Items column. This means that the plugin
does not know that it is supposed to pop-up in experiment context. I get
another plugin from Illumina package on this list though: Illumina SNP
raw
Yepp, I found these requirements in plugin code and satisfied them with
no effect whatsoever.
I turned on warnings and I got a list of plugin configurations for Raw
data importer plugin (the generic one) complaining about unsuported raw
data type (which is ok). No information about failures
