There is a small problem, isn't there always! When there are more than 200
members of a group on yahoo, they don't handle the membership list the same
way. Instead of a real time update, they update the members
I will be mailing out the paintings this week, so if Joyce and Betsy can
email me to confirm their mailing addresses, I'll get those ready to go.
I'm going to miss those paintings!

It's not just you - it's the whole List. Anyone who joined after Friday
night is in the same boat - they are on the List, they are able to post,
but not getting any email that I've been able to determine. I have a
request in to the moderators' group, they have Yahoo technical people
So far I haven't gotten any help or response from YahooGroups on the issue
with new subscribers not getting email and not showing up in the Member
list. Is anyone familiar with SmartGroups, and would that be a viable
alternative? Better/worse/same as yahoo?

Just so everyone knows some of the details, this is a person who isn't
civilized enough to sign the post, used an email address that isn't
subscribed to the List, and apparently just enjoys spewing poison to make

I have read lots of comments on the list about gentle leaders - I use one
on our 16 month old berner girl Abbey. The one thing I do which I haven't
heard mentioned on the list is always use the gentle with a double ended
lead, one end clips under the chin on the gentle- the other end clips on
her
