Please please leave the temperament issues and the shedding big time in the
pet store leaflet, hide it half way down if need be BUT it will put off
impulse buyers of that cute puppy, and ensure only someone who is okay with
these issues buys the pup. I would like these issues to be talked

I've only received $496 towards our goal!!!I always get a bit nervous

My Teddy (Can/Am Ch Rumcay's Edwardii Brunus) is ten

Does anyone have an illustration of this? I don't quite get it but would
love to try it. I have been using a no-pull halter on Doppo, but he's
dicovered that if he backs up and kind of ducks it comes off his head and
he's free to take off!

I can't find Audrey's original post to reply to, but we also rented
Equilibrium and counted not one, but three, Berner pups in the film. They
were all playing the same dog, but my husband insisted the markings were
different, so we had to go back and check them out. The first puppy looked

Does Yukon act this way with everyone who walks him, or only with you?
Reason I ask is that our Balou is a Hoover also. He will walk with his head
up only if off-leash and moving fast; otherwise, it's nose to the ground.
We had our daughter handle him during his CGC. He was bright, alert HEAD

Of course, it's superior intellect on the part of my dog 2B, it had very little to do
with the handler/trainer. Well, I'm sure the 13 points deducted were undoubtedly
handler error, although all I can say is he's lucky I wasn't the handler. The

Hey all - a woman here in Wilmington just bought a
baby berner. She had been talking to me beforehand - She wanted to get
up close and personal with the boys and ask a bunch of questions before
she bought. My trainer referred her to me. At any rate, Tugboat and
Steamboat apparently did not

WowI just now had a chance to go read the articles at flying dog press
and I was blown away. Her experiences almost mirrored mine in regards to the
prong versus halti [with Bacchus anyway].
Thank you both for sending in this info. I have bookmarked it for future
reference.
Thank you so much
Vicky,
Did you ask me or one of the site operators for the family report? It
would all be on that!

Hi Andie!
If I were your friend and I found the information on neutering given to me
by my breeder conflicting, I'd ask my breeder what he/she meant. Does she
have a contractural obligation to neuter the dog? If so, it should be
spelled out clearly. If it isn't, she should contact her
Great point Pat. You are one of two people who have responded with that
point. I should definitely clarify that because I'd hate to have someone
misunderstand and think that giving the entire cob to the dog to nibble on
is a safe idea. EEK! That sounds pretty scary and definitely could cause a
Just a comment that I wanted to make regarding this topic. I posed the
question a couple of months ago, about the use of different collars when I
was having problems with getting Stevie under control (he thinks he is
Pegasus when it comes to birds!) and after sustaining a rotator cuff injury
