You'll have to be somewhat specific about the problem you're having with the download and/or instalation, I suspect, if you're going to get help here. Are you going to the Mozilla website? Can you not find the download link? Is the download dialog box appearing? Are you using Internet Explorer

Hi. Firefox doesn't work with earlier versions of jaws. I'm using jaws 5.0. I tried using firefox once but it didn't work with my version of jaws since it's an older version. Firefox is accessible with the later versions of jaws starting with jaws 7.0 and up. Hope this helps. Rosemarie
