Is this podcast available from a RSS feed? I use the feed feature in IE8 to
read simple feeds like news headlines and have it automatically download any
attached files to collect and organize podcasts. I then copy the MP3 files

I do not use any of these services anymore. I now use the fax feature of my
betwork printer. I used one of these services several years ago. I had not
seen any that are free recently.
Typically, these free on-line fax services have a limit of outgoing faxes
before they charge any fees.
I think Faxzero.com and Myfax.com/free are both free for sending faxes as
long as you don't send more than two faxes per day. So as long as you are
an occasional faxer,these services would seem to be good options. Neither
of these services requires registration, and I don't think they have

Try loading an existing .wav file into sound recorder and then try to record
over the old contents of that old .wav file.
