This sounds like it might be a video problem, in which case re-installation probably won't help. If you can get someone to look at your screen and see if something is wonky--font or text size for examples. Maybe check your video intercept to see if it is working properly. If all of this is

That would still deliver the emails though and put them into the junk folder in Windows Live Mail. To totally prevent the messages to be delivered make a rule where the condition would be where the from line contains people and specify the person's email address, and the action would be delete
