it's not listed as IE10, just internet explorer or internet explorer 64 bit essentially it is the replacement for the original internet explorer so it uses links with the same name as 9 did, or at least that is the way it worked on my win 7 home premium machine unaltered location in the start

or, the speech in safe mode add on that is available on my grab bag site. and either a set of USB sound card and speakers or standard head phones; or (best actually) a set of USB headphones since there considered a external sound card and have there own drivers that windows will find and install

not normally but if you get the safe mode speech package off my site it can be made to work or at least NVDA will I can't remember if jaws does with this package, but NVDA is fairly good. you will also need either a external USB sound card and headphones or speakers, or a pair of USB headphones
