Water started coming out of a crack in the road in front of 3046 Guilford a
month ago. I reported it to 311 (#13-00637664). It continued to leak and
nothing was done; a couple weeks ago it had created a foot-diameter hole in the
asphalt; by this week the hole was probably ~2 ft round and the
