Thanks Sangeetha.

But do we know the location now so that I can change what is currently being
documented ?

Radhika,

One more observation:

In 4.1.2.1. Prerequisites and Guidelines , we should change the system template
location to wherever we are planning to host the ipv6 specific templates.

-Thanks

 Chip,

I am ready to update the /docs/pot directory and download the po files for
 the translations.

Warning: Something to note about the po files (which contains the translated
strings). There will be one file per corresponding xml files.
So if we commit them to the repo (and I think we should), this is going to be
 lots of small files.

First question: Do we agree to commit the translation in the repo ?

Second question: Do you want to do it, or can I do it in the 4.1 branch
 directly ?

First set of commits for translations are in, see:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-1516

Updated pot files have been generated
All new docs uploaded to transifex
All existing translations pulled from transifex
All existing translations committed to 4.1 branch in language subdir containing
.po files.

I checked license headers which got overwritten (something to iron out in 4.2
process, I opened a bug)

I will build the docs later on and pull the UI translation next.

Can we cut the translations on the 20th? I still need to commit release
notes and a few other things related to installation.

Tomorrow then?

Sebastien, what do you think?

Yes I think it's fair. In the time based release mindset.

I will commit the UI files later today, and test building the docs.

I have not had time to check the functionality of the UI (other than french).

Can we ask the translators to take a look, once it's committed to 4.1?
It would probably be best for them to do it anyway, just to make sure
that the translations are accurate.

Yes we can ask (on the list and via social media), but I would not wait for an
answer.

Since It's almost the first time we do this, I would suggest to post the docs
in the translated language (PS: remember they are incomplete), and then we can
file bugs for missing strings or wrong translations.
