Dave,
We had implemented a fix for the broken image spam, in 4.2.20
New NONSTANDARDHDR vulnerability test. Messages found to have broken headers
are moved to the \virus folder
I do know of reports of broken headers still happening and we are
re-evaluating this test to see if we can make it
Mon,
You will want to contact Declude support directly for this. It appears as
if something is a miss with your license.

Hi All:
Running Imail 8.14. Having a problem with the Imail Webmail service. All of a
sudden it stopped working. It looks like it's running and there are no strange
entries in the log. It's been running on port 80 for years with no problem and
all of a sudden it stopped. Tested another port
Guys, i found this string in the Imail Forums. This is my exact problem, but
the solution sounds crazy. What do you guys think?

Check postings on the IMail newsgroup today. It has been reported to be an
issue with KB917953 from June. Most likely something in this weeks patches
in combination with KB917953 triggered this.

David,
Is the NONSTANDARDHDR test on by default, or do you need to add it to your
virus.cfg file? I've been running every version since 4.2.20, and I have never
seen a message with a broken header moved to my \virus folder.

I speak very badly English.
I attempt to find a direction of electronic mail from declude where to
explain my problem.
In www.declude.com/site/support.htm I view:

a.. Telephone 866-332-5833 or 978-499-2933
b.. Web – Log into your Declude account
To the best of my knowledge you can email them still at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
or give them a call on the phone.

Thanks Darin. I did install the KB917953 patch from June. I also installed 4
more Windows updates yesterday and that's about when the problem started. I
removed those patches today and did a reboot of my server. I'm still
experiencing the same issue with the webmail. Any more suggestions?

Wait till you see what it does to not allowing attachments over 500k! We had
to go back to 8.22 due to this problem and Ipswitch is aware that it is a
problem.

By any chance are you running this on Windows 2000? If so do you possibly
have terminal services installed in application mode? Highly doubtful - but
I figured I would ask.
For those that may have a TS server I noticed a string of forum posts that
indicates one of the MS Patches from August
Any one have any bad or good information on whether this is a good or bad
email marketing service provider?

The potential for this kind of problem is one reason that I do not do

By any chance are you running this on Windows 2000?
He means the server. What server OS are you running? Windows 2000 or
Windows 2003. So far all reporting the problem are running Windows 2000
server.
