[Declude.JunkMail] SMTPd32.exe failing. Faulting application ntdll.dll

2009-01-26 Thread Dale McDiarmid
Hello... Beginning late last week we're experiencing periodic SMTP failures. Error log shows: Faulting application SMTPd32.exe, version 8.11.6.0, faulting module ntdll.dll version 5.2.3790.1830. Ipswitch tech support updated my system to 10.02 (I was at 9.04 when it all began). Declude

Remove Declude from the process. If the SMTPd32.exe still faults this would help verify that the problem is associated with Ipswitch. However the ntdll.dll is a windows OS .dll and there could be a specific variable on your server that is causing this issue in which case it may not be either of

Before you spend another $1000 with IPSwitch... NTDLL.DLL is the NT kernel. When these errors occur it is usually due to something other than what the error indicates. In other words, it probably is NOT Imail or Declude. SMTPd32.exe, as with any other Windows program or service, makes extensive
