Remove Declude from the process. If the SMTPd32.exe still faults this would help verify that the problem is associated with Ipswitch. However the ntdll.dll is a windows OS .dll and there could be a specific variable on your server that is causing this issue in which case it may not be either of

That's going to be tricky. The outages are random, sometimes not happening for 24 hours or more. We went most the weekend without failure then had two this morning. Going without spam or virus protection for a few days or more would be a hardship on everyone in the company. At this point
