[Declude.JunkMail] Server Error, please run 'Declude -diag' again please.

2006-09-15 Thread Mon Mariola
I use Declude 2.0.6 for SmarterMail with Valid Service Agreement.

I have some problem with Declude by some emails with virus are not captured.

In the folder spool I view archives hi.log with this text:

processing your email *** Please contact Declude technical support at

And declude -diag shows the text: Server Error, please run 'Declude -diag'
again please.

What is happening?

[Declude.JunkMail] Does anyone have any ideas about this?

2006-09-15 Thread velocitygirl
Hi All:

Running Imail 8.14. Having a problem with the Imail Webmail service. All of a
sudden it stopped working. It looks like it's running and there are no strange
entries in the log. It's been running on port 80 for years with no problem and
all of a sudden it stopped. Tested another port (8080) and it runs like a
charm. There are no other application running on port 80 to conflict with this.
Any ideas?

Check postings on the IMail newsgroup today. It has been reported to be an
issue with KB917953 from June. Most likely something in this weeks patches
in combination with KB917953 triggered this.

Is the NONSTANDARDHDR test on by default, or do you need to add it to your
virus.cfg file? I've been running every version since 4.2.20, and I have never
seen a message with a broken header moved to my \virus folder.

2006-09-15 Thread Darrell \([EMAIL PROTECTED])
By any chance are you running this on Windows 2000? If so do you possibly
have terminal services installed in application mode? Highly doubtful - but
I figured I would ask.

For those that may have a TS server I noticed a string of forum posts that
indicates one of the MS Patches from August KB917422 MS06-051 no longer
allows you to read or write INI files from anywhere other than the Windows
folder

I only bring this up because I know Imail uses an ini file for web
messenging and its possible some may have TS in app mode - you never know.
