I believe the explanation that everyone is looking for with this revenue

revenue saving.
With all the competition from the major players in our market today, we
constantly have to integrate new services at no additional price
we're looking into changing now also - there's no way we
can afford to keep F-Prot at those rates..

How is the licensing for the 4.0 update handled? Do you need JM Pro AND
Virus Pro, or just a pro version of one of those?
We use JM Pro, Virus stad and Hijack.

We saw a similar issue, but on Christmas Eve starting around 5.30pm EDT and
lasting til about 9.30pm. I too thought it was related to DNS, but the main
DNS server our IMAIL looks to was functioning fine. I'm still at a loss for

Just got off the phone with IPSwitch; all they could come

Has anyone seen this before - where a test name is preceded by a character
in the logs (in this case : nIPNOTINMX) ? Test failure doesn't show up in
the headers of the message (assuming due to altered name not matching Warn
action) but the points are still added to the total failure points.
De-listing has been successful on occasion (we had to get Covad involved
last year to get an 8IP range de-listed after the full class C was listed by
Spews) - it is not easy but can be done..
