Hey all - I'm part of Chicago's IxDA chapter, and I'm in the
process of writing a book about interaction design. It's called
Cadence Slang, and it should be out by the end of next year. I
posted earlier about this, but we've seen quite a lot of progress so
far, and so I figure it's worth an

Is there any research on font sizes? Yes, you should build your site
so users can change the size, but in reality many who would benefit
from doing so don't know that you can, even if you provide the tools.
You need to start with an appropriate default. What should that
default be?

As far as personas go, all I can say is it depends. Who are your
users? What is the context. Start there. You have to understand who
your users are before you can start creating personas.
