I've checked out the 5.x.x branch and added the maven dependency but found that this then led on to a further missing dependency which was for the dspace-cris-jsp-api. The dspace-services is also required but this leads to a conflict with the ehcache dependency so it requires the exclusion of

The text being displayed stream_source_info ... is the literal value coming from the fulltext or fulltext_hl field value in your Solr search core. I'm not sure why the literal value is being shown instead of just the parts of fulltext containing the search terms, but this should give you an idea
