logs, I'm all for it. Perhaps some kind of incentive
offered by the League???
The ARRL announced LOTW is now working for Worked All States (see
http://www.arrl.org/ ). This will help with more DX
goes on more and
more people will start using LOTW. The real question is what can be done
to speed up the process? Any positive suggestions?

Good idea Dave. I know they have done several already. Spanish I believe
has been done and Japanese was in the works. Not sure about other languages
but I will check with N7NG and NN1N.

You forgot to mention it would cost more. Don't get me wrong I like QSL

I've worked all countries and have them all confirmed on the current =
list.
If all of a sudden there was a new DXCC Country I would send for a
traditional paper QSL card to put one on the wall
HumOK I did not know that.
Where else can they transmit on SSB that stations in the upper 48 can
not? I know they can transmit on 40 down below. Is there a
frequency chart for KG4?

Actually the two tied are K6ZO and W2BXA. W2AGW was removed from the list
after becoming a Silent Key. The League does remove Silent Keys about 1
year after passing away.

station was QRV for a short period of time and did not get the new license
from the Timor authorities. I think those dates were May 20, 2002 until mid
May 2003. Could have been May 16, 2003, but not sure. Their independence
was October 27, 2002.

As far as I know they are all still contesting and DXing - but he,
that being Ali seems to have lost interest in Amateur Radio. I really
