Paul, This used to bother me. I solved the problem by unchecking the "db reports to comments" box under the Reporting tab in Settings within WSJT-X. By doing that, nothing is saved to the comments field in the ADIF file and thus nothing gets imported into the Call Sign Notes field in DX4WIN.
