Dare I ask, does DX4WIN work with this interface? From what I have read on
other lists, the answer is no.
My question then is who is waiting on who? Is it Rigexpert waiting on DX4WIN
to get some coding done or vice versa.

Hi all,
I've been playing with QRP lately and have been faithfully checking the box
under 'QRP' when I make one of these contacts.
My questions are: is there a way to track WAS, DXCC, etc. with QRP (or YL,
or one of the other little checkboxes)? I know I can set up a group for my
QRP contacts,

Hi all,
After playing around in the RTTY contest this past weekend, I decided to
import that log into DX4WIN. I'm glad that DX4WIN has the capability of NOT
saving your import until after you exit.
This particular contest allowed you to work the same station on the same
band as many times as you

Hi all,
I finally got around to playing with the built-in PSK interface with DX4WIN.
While I realize its not a full-blown package, is there a way to have 'brag
files' and other canned text available?
I'd prefer to use this interface due to ease of entering into the log.
Thanks!
73 DE AI3W,
Thanks to all who responded. Wow that was quick and too easy - I obviously

I was wondering how easy it would be to slightly change rig parameters. I

Hello all,
The problem is solved! What it was (and perhaps it's a 'bug'?) is that if
you have the grids set for 6 characters, it will ignore the 4 character
grids in the exterior grid window!
I use the 6 char grids for UHF work to zero in on a station and 4 character
grids for 6 meters/2 meters.
Thanks to all for the responses.
I found my file buried in a ~xb file and all my stuff is back! I also made
about 3 floppy disks of backups which I have one in my safe. I will rotate

Again, thanks for all your help.

If any of you can help me, I'd be FOREVER grateful.
I left my DX4WIN open and left the shack. We had one of those quick

my stuff I worked this afternoon is GONE! I am sick because it was one of

I may sound like I'm griping, but I really want to make DX4WIN better, so
that is why I throw in my little jabs every once in a while! :)

I think, after inputting 5000 or so QSO's into DX4WIN that I made a
'terrible' mistake.
All along I have been using the NOTES FOR THIS CALL as Name, Location, Rig,
Antenna. All was going fine until I happened to recently work someone that I
worked perhaps 15 years ago. His location has changed
Hi all,
After just receiving a notice that I have 85 eQSL's waiting for me and going

Ok guys,
I'm still entering my logs in from 1980 and I have run across many CW
contacts RST reports that are like 588C (C for chirp incase you new 'uns
didn't know that). How do you handle this in DX4WIN?

Hi all,
Has anyone tested the various power levels to see what they actually are? I
know that 'H' is full power (100W) and 'L' is qrp (5W). Are the other ones
just an interpolation or do they have set levels? The documentation doesn't
really specify this.

Hi all,
I have DX4WIN set up with the default setting for DXCC bands allowed for

As I'm typing in some of my old logs to DX4WIN, I wish that it would have a

As it is the eve of the ARRL WAS/90 award, I was wondering if anyone was
