You can (and should) use the DX4WIN Data Updater to update the file:
There is something wrong with the update process. It prompts you to
update, but it's not downloading. This causes you to get in an update
loop.
Either install 9.1 from scratch, or answer NO when it asks if you want
to update.
I don't have time to fix this now, will look at in in the next day or
I found the problem with the DX4WIN Data Updater. This problem is in
both version 9.0 and 9.1
The symptom is this:
1. The Updater prompts you to update the program.
2. You answer YES.
3. The main Updater screen appears, at which point you probably

In the top portion will show the output received from the TNC or RTTY
terminal right?
Any time when I announce a DX station appear twice the announce.
Like this:

Not sure what you are asking. Your TNC etc. would be nice to know.
Idea: "ECHO" is on the TNC so it is sending what you typed and you see if
go out (so you see it twice). Used to be an "ECHO OFF" command would remove
that.
Do not think anything in DX4WIN is wrong.
