I'm doing inbound mapping.The segment terminator in EDI file used
is | symbol.Gentran translator does not recognize | symbol.It is
not doing transaltion.But when I gave new line character as segment
terminator it is working fine.But I don't want to give new line
character as segment

My initial reaction would be to change it, and run some tests with the TP to
see if it comes out right. It may be a non-issue for them, who knows?

directory setting that might be causing the problem. Look at you GXS system
configuration and check where it is pointing for help.
If your company has access to other versions like 4.1 and up, I believe you
