I would setup ssh-server in the thin client chroot and then copy the ssh pub key from your ltsp server to the chroot and add it to .ssh/authorized_keys in the chroot rebuild the image and then you should be able to ssh in from server without issue and run any command --- Regards Dean

I am currently running ubuntu ltsp 7.04 I was wondering what the best approach might be to get to ubuntu 8.04 1. Should I upgrade to 7.10 using the upgrade manager and then upgrade to 8.04 using the same or 2. Should I somehow upgrade to 8.04 using the alternate cd etc or 3.??? Any suggestions

I have no idea what could have changed , I have had a running server for 3 weeks , ubuntu fiesty with ltsp 5 . I experimented with xterminator yesterday but had problems with vmware server crashing so I uninstalled it. I cannot login to my thin clients anymore. I have rebuilt my ltsp-client
