a German Clubstation plans to use their K3 in combination with a FL-7000 PA
during upcoming WAE Contest. I did a search on this reflector but didn´t

Powered up my K3 this morning and when I hit the PTT the ERR KEY came up.
Couldn't turn off with power button, so I powered down with the PS. After
turning back on, the message was still there. I read the manual but it
really didn't tell what to do for that ERR. Please.

Years ago, (while living in southern CA) I painted my 5BTV with light
gray paint to make it blend in better. Unfortunately the paint was
somewhat conductive so the antenna didn't' work right after that, but it
sure did blend in with the sky a lot better :-)

This is very easy to satisfy. Select ten AA NiMH cells of about
2500 mA-Hr capacity and a ten-cell holder and a quick recharger
and you'll be set with a small light-weight pack

config menu, but it fails to work. Both RIT and XIT are off.

It should have hfpf0101.hex as well as hmcu0319.hex, hdsp0217.hex,
haux0217.hex, dtbl0009.hex and tboot7.hex. The fact that your error message
says it's trying to load hfpf0100 (.hex) suggests that you've got
hmcu0319.hex
The spurious signal removal procedure was introduced in MCU revision 3.03
and is in all later versions.

hits came up. I'd assume that the two regulators on the right side are
running warmer because of the greater consumption. I assume that when
the SUB is off that

performance. The Noise Figure is given as 2 dB, while the
external XV144 has a NF typically 0.8 dB. This seems like a

problem has been present since it was built and was the reason that the
original builder sold it - that is an unfortunate situation, but it must
