[Exchange] outlook anywhere Troubleshooting

We have a client who is currently on SBS 2003 so Exchange 2003. Outlook Anywhere works, and passes all tests fromt he MS Exchange connectivity Tester as does server Active sync. Users laptops work on 90% of Wifis but not on some others. The ones it deffinately doesnt work on is BT Broadband,
