I like it, but it doesn't replace my Reeves. But for doing a large pile of wool in a way that I can control and enjoy the results it is fun. I even get paid which seems amazing to me. By the way, the ring spinning frame I use is from Carolina Specialtys, not McDermott. McDermotts retrofitted

I work in a small mill. We do lots of different stuff because we have our own line of yarns from our own flock and then do custom stuff. We can handle a batch that is about 25 pounds. So when 200+ pounds of gorgeous Coopworth was sent us and the client had no clue besides a vague knitting

I have been working on various knitting yarns from a flock of Coopworths. So it should be a similar story, long locks, medium coarse, low crimp, very strong. So far I have spun 3 types of yarns. First was a 2 ply worsted weight and sport weight, 3.5 and 5 tpi respectively (these tpi are
