Stupid Logitech is still not offering anything for OS X. I hate these
slow hardware manufacturers. My ForMac SCSI adapter isn't working

That seems to depend on the power (and RAM?) of your Mac. I don't see
any difference in speed on mine.
The OS X-related announcement does sound like they fixed some problems
with Finale in Classic mode under OS X, although no details are given.
When may we expect to see Finale for Mac OSX?
Officially announced for summer 2003. But who knows, I'm still hoping
for an earlier release date.

the doubling itself is done using Finale's transpose function (PRESERVE
ORIGINAL NOTES).
If you want to make the upper notes smaller, you can do that using
TGTools-Modify-Special Modifications. The options would be:

not look into your default file.

Well, one half is. The kernel (Darwin) is a Unix system. But anything you
see - the whole GUI - has nothing to do with Unix. MacOS X has a huge API
with thousands of functions etc., none of which are related to Unix. Finale
