I am preparing ImageMagick 6.7.7 built with GCC = 4.4. Build succeeds on Mac
OS X 10.6.8 in 32 bit with GCC 4.6.3 but *seems* to fail on Mac OS X 10.5.8
with GCC 4.6.3 because of:
- Depends line is: imagemagick2-shlibs (= 6.7.7-2-1), gcc44 | gcc45 |
gcc46 | gcc47, lcms-shlibs

I have installed the Lion XCode package, but fink complains:

What version of Xcode? If you have Xcode 4.3.x it is quite different

Trying to build Ghostscript 9.05 which cannot be built with Fink when
OpenJPEG is installed (because Fink sets the CPPFLAG -I/sw/include so
that GCC cannot use the C header files in the – maybe too experimental
– Ghostscript sources, even using NoSetCPPFLAGS: true does not
change
