I think neither the list nor the forum is the forum, though
announcements could be posted to either. The wiki is a closer match,
but what's really needed is something that is A) bookmarkable, and B)
has an RSS feed (or feeds if there are distinct event types that
people might want to subscribe to

I arrive a little after the battle, so I couldn't participate to this
