Hi Yves, When RJ Jacquez presented FrameMaker 10 on the tekom conference this was one of the features. As I do not have FM 9, I did not know whether this was new. If FM 9 cannot import comments across all files in a book, your approach seems to be reasonable. Best regards Winfried

Hi Gillian: I've been using the shared review feature for about eight months now with FrameMaker 7.2 and Acrobat Pro 9.3.2. It's not a special server version, but I did need the Pro one to enable all the shared review features for the reviewers who use Reader. I'm opening the PDF on my computer
