Hi, I'm not sure this is anything that anybody but me would find interesting. Still In lieu of %RANDOM% (Win32's CMD) or whatever 4DOS offers, I just now had to hack up my own stupid way of doing things. Really, the only reason is to use ANSI escapes in my prompt and change the color

Blackout has a gif2raw that's available as binary-only. The documentation indicates that source code is NOT available for gif2raw, so I separated this out of the zip file, and left the sources and other source-provided binaries. (Ok per the license, which is literally do what you want.) gif2raw is
