Just a quick correction -- you'd want to increase the preflooding height
from its default of 25 if the skull strip isn't removing
got some problems in skull stripping and segmentation of 2 brains in
my data. I've tried to reduce the value of preflooding heights to 5 (at
'expert preferences'), however, it seems that still lots of skull
fragments remain on the image. In addition, the white matter is not
segmented properly
