I don't know the exact number of the maps, but i know that you have more than
one episode, i believe 3 or 4, each episode has about 7 maps.
Regarding the impulses, there are two rtf documents in jq's folder which tells
you in great detail the impulses, and what they do.

It's talking about the MindGrid audio which is enhanced audio for Quake,
and I believe the proper pak file is pak1.pak which is located in your
Audio Quake folder in the id1 folder. Not sure how
