I am trying to set up ganglia on my mac os. it got installed properly,
without any error. After setting up the web project and navigate, I am
getting some apache error messages as below(for which I can't see any stat
on webpage):

Hello Georgios,
I also faced same thing and as gweb has been changed so much in between, so
its natural to fail that patch.
However, interesting fact is, I got the nvidia module working even without
the patch. So, if you have done all other steps properly, after restart
gmond/gmetad, you should
any gpu metrics in my ganglia so I believe
something is either missing or is wrong.
