Hi Elizabeth! I think I may have the reason as to why the vet has recommended against this method. I've also heard several different takes on using Pedialyte to re-hydrate, and have used Pedialyte several times myself with wild caught chameleons. The vet that I use has recommended Pedialyte

Elizabeth- I've always kept my leos temps at at least 85F during the day, trying to keep it at a good 88 if I can, I don't really see any reason to drop the temps lower than the norm since it is battling parasites and trying to gain weight. I use heat lamps, and I simply turn them all off when
