It moved from x11-misc to kde-base. Just unmerge
x11-misc/superkaramba, upgrade to KDE 3.5, then merge
kde-base/superkaramba.
# emerge -Davt kde-base/superkaramba
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

kde-base/superkaramba-3.5.0)
