I would encourage everyone disturbed and angered by this news to follow the advice that was shared with me, courtesy of a friend of a friend, who's in the publishing industry. Her advice was: WHAT TO DO: Write them letters, hard-copy ones that need a stamp and an envelope. At any major publishing
