You can download and mirror these files for other server administrators, but

each mod can write it's own set of rules. By using sv_alltalk 1, you're
choosing to ignore the game .dll rules and just forward the voice stream to

1) We're fixing the problem with mp_maxrounds not correctly counting the
number of rounds for Dustbowl after the scoring change. An update for
this is coming later today.
2) Yesterday's TF2 release included the ability for servers to have
map-specific .cfg files in the cfg folder. It was missed
mp_maxrounds checks the number of rounds played. mp_winlimit checks team
scores. The description for mp_winlimit will be updated to reflect that.

We've released an update to the Team Fortress 2 Beta. The release notes are
below.
Be sure to test your custom scripts, Metamod, SourceMod, etc., from time to
time using the TF Beta so you're ready if/when the updated binaries are
released to the full version.
